How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.0 sqlite3 to version 3.28.0-3.9.2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream sqlite3 package and not the sqlite3 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.0 relevant fixed versions and status.

In SQLite through 3.29.0, whereLoopAddBtreeIndex in sqlite3.c can crash a browser or other application because of missing validation of a sqlite_stat1 sz field, aka a "severe division by zero in the query planner."
