Amendment

The SLES security team deemed this advisory irrelevant for SLES:15.1.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python3-nghttp2 package and not the python3-nghttp2 package as distributed by SLES.

Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to resource loops, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker creates multiple request streams and continually shuffles the priority of the streams in a way that causes substantial churn to the priority tree. This can consume excess CPU.
