NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libmariadbd19 package and not the libmariadbd19 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.2 relevant fixed versions and status.

In MariaDB before 10.9.2, compress_write in extra/mariabackup/ds_compress.cc does not release data_mutex upon a stream write failure, which allows local users to trigger a deadlock.
