CVE-2022-31631 Affecting php7-xmlreader package, versions <7.4.33-150200.3.51.1

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
