NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python3-lxml package and not the python3-lxml package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.2 relevant fixed versions and status.

A XSS vulnerability was discovered in python-lxml's clean module. The module's parser didn't properly imitate browsers, which caused different behaviors between the sanitizer and the user's page. A remote attacker could exploit this flaw to run arbitrary HTML/JS code.
