Upgrade SLES:15.2 qemu-seabios to version 1.12.1+-11.19.2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream qemu-seabios package and not the qemu-seabios package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.2 relevant fixed versions and status.

In libslirp 4.1.0, as used in QEMU 4.2.0, tcp_subr.c misuses snprintf return values, leading to a buffer overflow in later code.
