How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.3 go1.17-doc to version 1.17.13-150000.1.42.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream go1.17-doc package and not the go1.17-doc package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.3 relevant fixed versions and status.

Improper exposure of client IP addresses in net/http before Go 1.17.12 and Go 1.18.4 can be triggered by calling httputil.ReverseProxy.ServeHTTP with a Request.Header map containing a nil value for the X-Forwarded-For header, which causes ReverseProxy to set the client IP as the value of the X-Forwarded-For header.
