How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.3 libxmltooling-devel to version 3.1.0-150300.3.3.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libxmltooling-devel package and not the libxmltooling-devel package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.3 relevant fixed versions and status.

Shibboleth XMLTooling before 3.2.4, as used in OpenSAML and Shibboleth Service Provider, allows SSRF via a crafted KeyInfo element. (This is fixed in, for example, Shibboleth Service Provider 3.4.1.3 on Windows.)
