Upgrade SLES:15.3 qemu-chardev-spice to version 5.2.0-17.1 or higher.
NVD Description
Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream qemu-chardev-spice package and not the qemu-chardev-spice package as distributed by SLES.
See How to fix? for SLES:15.3 relevant fixed versions and status.
In libslirp 4.1.0, as used in QEMU 4.2.0, tcp_subr.c misuses snprintf return values, leading to a buffer overflow in later code.
