CWE-787  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.4 dirmngr to version 2.2.27-150300.3.16.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream dirmngr package and not the dirmngr package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.4 relevant fixed versions and status.

In GnuPG before 2.4.9, armor_filter in g10/armor.c has two increments of an index variable where one is intended, leading to an out-of-bounds write for crafted input. (For ExtendedLTS, 2.2.51 and later are fixed versions.)
