NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream dlm-kmp-default package and not the dlm-kmp-default package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.4 relevant fixed versions and status.

A NULL pointer dereference issue was found in KVM when releasing a vCPU with dirty ring support enabled. This flaw allows an unprivileged local attacker on the host to issue specific ioctl calls, causing a kernel oops condition that results in a denial of service.
