NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream go1.19 package and not the go1.19 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.4 relevant fixed versions and status.

JoinPath and URL.JoinPath do not remove ../ path elements appended to a relative path. For example, JoinPath("https://go.dev", "../go") returns the URL "https://go.dev/../go", despite the JoinPath documentation stating that ../ path elements are removed from the result.
