How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.4 grub2-x86_64-efi to version 2.06-150400.11.55.2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream grub2-x86_64-efi package and not the grub2-x86_64-efi package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.4 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in grub2. A specially crafted JPEG file can cause the JPEG parser of grub2 to incorrectly check the bounds of its internal buffers, resulting in an out-of-bounds write. The possibility of overwriting sensitive information to bypass secure boot protections is not discarded.
