How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.4 libcurl4 to version 8.14.1-150400.5.80.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libcurl4 package and not the libcurl4 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.4 relevant fixed versions and status.

curl would wrongly reuse an existing HTTP proxy connection doing CONNECT to a server, even if the new request uses different credentials for the HTTP proxy. The proper behavior is to create or use a separate connection.
