How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.4 libexiv2-devel to version 0.27.5-150400.15.4.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libexiv2-devel package and not the libexiv2-devel package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.4 relevant fixed versions and status.

An integer overflow in Exiv2 through 0.27.1 allows an attacker to cause a denial of service (SIGSEGV) via a crafted PNG image file, because PngImage::readMetadata mishandles a zero value for iccOffset.
