How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.4 nodejs16 to version 16.20.2-150400.3.27.2 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream nodejs16 package and not the nodejs16 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.4 relevant fixed versions and status.

The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023.
