NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream kubernetes1.25-client-common package and not the kubernetes1.25-client-common package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.5 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in kube-controller-manager. This issue occurs when the initial application of a HPA config YAML lacking a .spec.behavior.scaleUp block causes a denial of service due to KCM pods going into restart churn.
