How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.5 libexpat-devel to version 2.8.5-150400.3.40.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libexpat-devel package and not the libexpat-devel package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.5 relevant fixed versions and status.

In libexpat 2.8.2 and 2.8.3 before 2.8.4, misinterpretation of getentropy's return code leads to insufficient entropy, which results in being vulnerable to hash flooding attacks, causing a denial of service via crafted XML content.
