How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.5 libprotoc25_1_0 to version 25.1-150400.9.3.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libprotoc25_1_0 package and not the libprotoc25_1_0 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.5 relevant fixed versions and status.

The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023.
