CVE-2024-52530  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.5 libsoup-lang to version 3.0.4-150400.3.3.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libsoup-lang package and not the libsoup-lang package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.5 relevant fixed versions and status.

GNOME libsoup before 3.6.0 allows HTTP request smuggling in some configurations because '\0' characters at the end of header names are ignored, i.e., a "Transfer-Encoding\0: chunked" header is treated the same as a "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" header.
