How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.5 python39-base to version 3.9.20-150300.4.58.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python39-base package and not the python39-base package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.5 relevant fixed versions and status.

The urllib.parse.urlsplit() and urlparse() functions improperly validated bracketed hosts ([]), allowing hosts that weren't IPv6 or IPvFuture. This behavior was not conformant to RFC 3986 and potentially enabled SSRF if a URL is processed by more than one URL parser.
