NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream typelib-1_0-Soup-2_4 package and not the typelib-1_0-Soup-2_4 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.6 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in libsoup. An integer underflow vulnerability occurs when processing content with a zero-length resource, leading to a buffer overread. This can allow an attacker to potentially access sensitive information or cause an application level denial of service.
