How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.7 go1.23-openssl-race to version 1.23.12-150600.13.9.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream go1.23-openssl-race package and not the go1.23-openssl-race package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.7 relevant fixed versions and status.

Matching of hosts against proxy patterns can improperly treat an IPv6 zone ID as a hostname component. For example, when the NO_PROXY environment variable is set to "*.example.com", a request to "[::1%25.example.com]:80` will incorrectly match and not be proxied.
