How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.7 ImageMagick-config-7-upstream-secure to version 7.1.1.43-150700.3.65.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ImageMagick-config-7-upstream-secure package and not the ImageMagick-config-7-upstream-secure package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.7 relevant fixed versions and status.

ImageMagick before 7.1.2-19 contains an off-by-one error in morphology validation allowing out-of-bounds heap buffer reads. Attackers can trigger heap buffer overflow by providing incorrect morphology parameters causing single pixel memory access violations.
