How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.7 libcups2 to version 2.2.7-150000.3.96.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libcups2 package and not the libcups2 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.7 relevant fixed versions and status.

The cupsUTF32ToUTF8() function in CUPS's cups/transcode.c lacks a source-length bound and can read past the end of the source buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds read. This is reachable via SNMP supply-description parsing in backend/snmp-supplies.c with attacker-controlled content.
