How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.7 libgobject-2_0-0-32bit to version 2.78.6-150600.4.16.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libgobject-2_0-0-32bit package and not the libgobject-2_0-0-32bit package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.7 relevant fixed versions and status.

A flaw was found in GLib, which is vulnerable to an integer overflow in the g_string_insert_unichar() function. When the position at which to insert the character is large, the position will overflow, leading to a buffer underwrite.
