How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:16.0.0 libcurl-devel-doc to version 8.14.1-160000.4.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libcurl-devel-doc package and not the libcurl-devel-doc package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:16.0.0 relevant fixed versions and status.

When doing TLS related transfers with reused easy or multi handles and altering the CURLSSLOPT_NO_PARTIALCHAIN option, libcurl could accidentally reuse a CA store cached in memory for which the partial chain option was reversed. Contrary to the user's wishes and expectations. This could make libcurl find and accept a trust chain that it otherwise would not.
