CWE-401  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:16.0.0 libMagickWand-7_Q16HDRI10 to version 7.1.2.0-160000.13.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libMagickWand-7_Q16HDRI10 package and not the libMagickWand-7_Q16HDRI10 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:16.0.0 relevant fixed versions and status.

ImageMagick before 7.1.2-26 and 6.9.13-51 contains a memory leak in the ICON decoder that occurs when a memory allocation fails. Processing a crafted ICON file that triggers an allocation failure leaks memory, which may lead to a denial of service.
