How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:16.0.0 python313-doc to version 3.13.13-160000.1.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream python313-doc package and not the python313-doc package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:16.0.0 relevant fixed versions and status.

The "tarfile" module would still apply normalization of AREGTYPE (\x00) blocks to DIRTYPE, even while processing a multi-block member such as GNUTYPE_LONGNAME or GNUTYPE_LONGLINK. This could result in a crafted tar archive being misinterpreted by the tarfile module compared to other implementations.
