Upgrade armmbed/mbedtls to version 3.6.1 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Certificate Validation in the mbedtls_ssl_get_verify_result function. An attacker can bypass authentication restrictions by using a certificate that is valid for uses other than TLS client authentication.
