How to fix?

Upgrade arm-software/arm-trusted-firmware to version 2.10-rc0 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read due to insufficient validation in the sdei_interrupt_bind function of the parameter in register x1. This parameter is then passed to a call to plat_ic_get_interrupt_type, allowing it to be any arbitrary value that passes checks in the plat_ic_is_sgi function. A compromised Normal World (Linux kernel) can enable a root-privileged attacker to issue arbitrary SMC calls, controlling the content of registers x0 through x6, which are used to send parameters to TF-A. Out-of-bounds addresses can be read in the context of TF-A (EL3). Although the read value is never returned to non-secure memory or in registers, preventing a leak, an attacker can still crash TF-A.
