Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure due to the use of a strcmp function for HMAC signature verification, which may halt the comparison upon encountering the first discrepancy between two signatures. An attacker can potentially infer the HMAC signature by observing the time variations in the comparison process.
