The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Start learningUpgrade bind to version 9.19.0, 9.20.29, 9.21.26 or higher.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the processing of invalid DNSSEC records. An attacker can cause excessive resource consumption by sending a large number of specially crafted, invalid DNSSEC records to a recursive resolver, potentially resulting in service disruption.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by configuring appropriate limits for max-records-per-type and max-types-per-name in the named.conf file and restarting the named service.
