Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow via the display_debug_section function in readelf.c, an attacker can execute an unintended overflow of data to adjacent storage, thereby corrupting data, crashing the system, or allow execution of malicious code by sending long strings of input data.
