The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read in the parse_media_element and parse_media_folder functions when processing GetFolderItems responses in the AVRCP profile. An attacker can cause the bluetoothd daemon to crash or expose limited heap memory contents by sending specially crafted Bluetooth packets from a malicious device within radio range and convincing a user to pair with it.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by disabling the AVRCP Bluetooth profile if not needed, restricting Bluetooth pairing to trusted devices only, or disabling the Bluetooth subsystem entirely if it is not required.
