Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Stack-based Buffer Overflow via the avrcp_list_player_attributes_rsp and avrcp_get_current_player_value functions. An attacker can cause a crash or execute arbitrary code by sending a crafted AVRCP player-settings response with a malicious attribute count to a nearby device, resulting in writing attacker-controlled data past fixed-size stack buffers in the bluetoothd daemon.
