Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free via the RendererURLLoaderThrottle class in the Safe Browsing component. An attacker who has compromised the renderer process can perform out-of-bounds memory access by crafting an HTML page that triggers a resource load redirect while the URLLoaderThrottleProviderImpl is destroyed (e.g., through frame navigation), causing the throttle to dereference a dangling pointer to the freed ExtensionWebRequestReporter.
