Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Heap-based Buffer Overflow due to missing size validation in the SecureBoxPublicKey::CreateByImport() function in the trusted_vault component. An attacker can perform an out-of-bounds memory read by providing a crafted HTML page with malformed public key data that does not match the expected NIST P-256 point size.
