Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read due to the logic in SetupBackendDeviceToggles in the Dawn Vulkan backend PhysicalDeviceVk.cpp. An attacker can potentially trigger out-of-bounds memory access by having the victim open a crafted HTML page.
