Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Write in the PE file parser process. An attacker can cause the scanning process to terminate and disrupt service availability by submitting a specially crafted Portable Executable file for scanning, which triggers memory corruption due to improper boundary checks.
