Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Insertion of Sensitive Information Into Sent Data via the Negotiate authentication process when configured to follow HTTP redirects using system-provided Kerberos credentials. An attacker can obtain sensitive authentication data by redirecting a client to a secondary URL containing embedded credentials. This is only exploitable if the client is configured to use Negotiate authentication with ambient Kerberos credentials and is set to follow redirects to a destination with embedded credentials.
