The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncontrolled Recursion due to the configuration allowing an unlimited number of queries on a single incoming TCP connection. An attacker can cause a crash by crafting a TCP exchange that triggers an exhaustion of the stack.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by restricting the maximum number of queries on incoming TCP connections to a safe value, like 50, via the setMaxTCPQueriesPerConnection
setting.
