Upgrade dnsdist to version 1.9.12, 2.0.3 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization in the early_acl_drop process when it is disabled on a DNS over HTTPS frontend using the nghttp2 provider. An attacker can bypass access restrictions by sending DNS over HTTPS queries regardless of the configured ACL.
