The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Null Termination via the login process. An attacker can cause the termination of the process and disrupt user authentication by sending forwarding information containing a NUL byte from a host configured as a trusted proxy. This is only exploitable if the deployment is configured with trusted proxies.
This vulnerability can be mitigated by restricting the login_trusted_networks configuration to only include hosts that are fully under administrative control and reloading or restarting the service after making changes.
