Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource due to improper sanitization of directory permissions when extracting the control member into a temporary directory. An attacker can cause disk quota exhaustion or disk full conditions by repeatedly executing commands with specially crafted package files, leading to leftover temporary files that cannot be removed.
