Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Check of Function Return Value due to incorrect error-checking logic in the CreateCounter function. An attacker can cause memory corruption or system crashes by repeatedly exhausting the counter pool, which leads to illegal memory writes.
