Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the rate limit filter when the response phase limit with apply_on_stream_done is enabled and the response phase limit request fails directly. An attacker can cause a crash by triggering a failed response phase limit request after the request phase limit has completed, leading to access of stale internal state in the gRPC client.
