Upgrade envoyproxy/envoy to version 1.37.5, 1.38.3 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the envoy.filters.http.oauth2 process. An attacker can cause worker crashes and trigger undefined behavior by initiating an OAuth2 token exchange that completes asynchronously after the associated downstream stream has already been torn down.
