Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the ext_authz filter during concurrent processing of per-route authorization overrides and rapid downstream client disconnects. An attacker can cause a process crash by rapidly establishing and tearing down streams, leading to a use-after-free condition when asynchronous callbacks are triggered after the underlying client object has been destroyed.
