Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use After Free in the BDAT body parsing process when a client sends a TLS close_notify mid-body during a CHUNKING transfer, followed by a final cleartext byte on the same TCP connection. An attacker can achieve heap corruption and potentially execute arbitrary code by exploiting this sequence remotely over the network. This is only exploitable if GnuTLS is configured and the specific sequence of TLS and cleartext data is received during a CHUNKING transfer.
